| 论大数据时代公民隐私权的法律保护 摘要：随着社会的发展以及互联网的普及，我国现已全面进入到“大数据时代”。在这个时代里，云计算的数据发掘、共享、存储等技术可以有效提升对数据的使用。但值得注意的是，这个时代也下人们隐私权的法律保护相对缺失。因而，本文主要通过概述大数据时代的特征，分析产生的一系列影响，结合有关案例，就大数据时代下公民隐私权保护的现状，即现阶段法律保护的优势和存在的问题及进行分析，并对此提出相应的法律解决措施，希望为建立完善相关法律制度，保护大数据时代下公民隐私权尽一份微薄之力。 关键词：大数据时代 隐私权 个人信息 Research On the Legal Protection of Citizens' Privacy Under the Big Data Age Abstract： With the development of society and the popularity of the Internet, China has entered the "big data era". In this era, data mining, sharing,storage and other technologies of cloud computing can effectively improve the use of data. But it is worth noting that in this era,the legal protection of people's privacy is relatively lacking. Therefore, this paper mainly summarizes the characteristics of the era of big data, analyzes a series of impacts,combined with relevant cases, analyzes the current situation of citizens' privacy protection in the era of big data, that is, the advantages and existing problems of legal protection at this stage,and puts forward corresponding legal solutions,hoping to provide reference for the establishment and improvement of relevant legal systems and the protection of citizens' privacy in the era of big data Citizens' right to privacy should do their part.
