| 负面清单制度比较研究
摘要：近些年来，随着经济全球化和贸易全球化的发展，各国也在不断加大对外开放程度。于2020年1月1日正式实施的《中华人民共和国外商投资法》为进一步吸引外商来华投资促进中国的经贸发展提供法律上的保障。而负面清单制度以“非禁及入的方式”将在外商投资法领域扮演举足轻重的作用。

A comparative study of negative list system
Abstract: in recent years, with the continuous development of economic globalization and trade globalization, countries are also increasing the degree of opening to the outside world. The law of the people's Republic of China on foreign investment,which is officially implemented on January 1, 2020,provides legal guarantee for further attracting foreign investment and promoting China's economic and trade development. The negative list system will play an important role in the field of foreign investment law.
