| 秦汉监察制度的特点及对当代的启示 摘要：秦汉时期的监察制度，是我国政治制度史上的一大创举。先秦时期积累的政治制度与思想文化，成为古代监察制度形成的理论基础和实践基础，又因为秦汉大一统时代的到来，中国古代监察制度的出现也就顺理成章了。它不仅对当时的社会起到了整顿官员不良风气，确保国家机器的正常运转，维持专制统治秩序，提高官员素质，加强皇权的作用，对我国古代政治的发展具有重大影响，同时也对当代政权的建设有一定的启示。 关键词：秦汉；监察制度；特点；启示 Digest：The supervision system in the Qin and Han dynasties was a great innovation in the history of China's political system.
