| 浅析慢性病背景下卫生服务需要与需求的矛盾
摘 要：随着我国人口老龄化的发展、疾病谱的变化，慢性非传染性疾病的发病率、致残致死率逐年提高，加重了我国居民的医疗负担。在慢性非传染性疾病的防治过程中，部分患者的卫生服务需要无法转换为必要的需求，从而使得这部分患者面临着“小病拖成大病”的问题。因此，分析慢性非传染性疾病流行背景下卫生服务需要和需求之间的矛盾关系，有助于疾病的“早发现、早治疗”，有利于优化卫生资源配置，同时能够减轻患者及其家庭的医疗负担。

Abstract: With the development of aging population and the change of disease spectrum, the incidence and disability mortality of chronic non-communicable diseases are increasing year by year, which increases the medical burden of Chinese residents. In the process of prevention and treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases,the health service needs of some patients can not be converted into the necessary needs, which makes this part of the patients face the problem of "minor illness drag into serious illness" problem. Therefore, the analysis of the contradictory relationship between the needs and needs of health services in the context of chronic non-communicable diseases epidemic is helpful the "early detection and early treatment" of diseases,to optimize the allocation of health resources, and to reduce the medical burden of patients and their families.
