| 目的论视角下的中国外交演讲口译策略研究 摘 要 随着中国的快速发展，越来越多的国际事务需要听见中国声音。中国领导人的演讲的口译，对于促进外交关系和外国对中国的了解和中国态度的了解起着十分重要的促进作用。口译是各国人民克服语言障碍的一种行为，而领导人讲话的口译决定了中国声音的质量。目的论认为翻译目的决定翻译过程。外交口译当然有信息交流的目的。所以，目的论是适合用于研究中国外交口译的。根据目的论的三个规则对习近平主席在第二届和第三届中国国际进口博览会开幕式的口译进行了分析，也对其中运用的直译和意译口译策略进行了分析。 关键词：口译，目的论，外交演讲 ABSTRACT With China’s rapid development, more and more international affairs need China’s voice.The interpretation of the speeches of Chinese leaders plays a very important role in the development of diplomatic relations and foreign understanding of China and China's attitude. Interpretation is an act which helps people from different countries to overcome language barriers, and the interpretation of the leaders’ speeches determines the quality of China’s voice. Skopos theory proposes that the skopos of translation determines the translation process.Diplomatic interpretation definitely has a purpose of information exchange.Therefore Skopos theory is suitable for the research of Chinese diplomatic interpretation.The thesis analyzes the Keynote Speech by H.E.Xi Jinping President of the People’s Republic of China at the Opening Ceremony ofthe Second and Third China International Import Expo’ from three rules of SkoposTheory, and then analyzes the interpreting method of literal and free translation.
