| 功能对等理论下销售合同的汉译 Abstract The purpose of translation is to meet specific social needs.The ultimate goal of translation is to meet specific needs.With the integration of the world economy,countries are becoming more and more interdependent economically, and the flow of goods, services, and technology is also increasing. With the rapid development of domestic and foreign trade markets,the signing of sales contracts has become a common thing in work and life. Translation is a very important link in the process of signing a business contract, but our country's research in this area is still relatively insufficient. Nida believes that translation should not pursue a strictly corresponding literal meaning, but should achieve the functional identity of the two languages. He pointed out as follows: The so-called translation is to use themost appropriate, natural and equivalent language,from semantics to stylistics, and to reproduce information in the source language. Therefore, the translation of this article based on the theory of functional identity provides a useful reference for the translation of commercial sales contracts. Key words: Functional equivalence theory; sales contract; translation 摘 要 翻译的最终目的是为了满足特定需求。随着全球经济一体化，各国之间在经济上越来越多地相互依存，商品、服务、技术流通也愈来愈多。国内外贸易市场的飞速成长，商务销售合同的签订在工作生活中已成常事，在商务合同的签订中，有一个很重要的环节就是翻译，但我国仍对这方面研究有所欠缺。奈达认为：翻译时不应求文字表面的死板对应，而要在两种语言间达成功能上对等。他指出：翻译是用最恰当、自然和对等的语言从语义到文体再现源语的信息。因此，本文提到的基于功能对等理论下的翻译，将探讨其对商务销售合同翻译提供的有益的借鉴。 关键词：功能对等理论；销售合同；翻译 |
