[Abstract] English learners should master four skills: listening, speaking,reading and writing, and among which writing is the most difficult and the weakest. For English majors, TEM-8 plays a significant role in their study and career planning.However, TEM-8 is the most difficult one of all English tests,and writing takes up a large proportion in the total score of the English test. English majors should draw much attention on TEM-8 writing.In this paper, the author analyzes the different learning strategies in writing in the past and present. And based on the analysis, the author put forward some feasible learning strategies about TEM-8 writing for English majors to improve their writing skills.

小议英语专八写作的学习策略

【摘 要】 英语学习者应具备的专业素质有听、说、读、写四方面的能力,而在这其中难度最大的无疑就是写作。在英语专业八级的考试中,写作占据了很大一部分的比重,因此,写作的重要性不言而喻。然而,对于中国学生来说,英语写作依然是他们的弱项。该文在学习策略的指导下,分析英语专八写作考试中的常见问题并由此提出适合英语专业学生掌握的有利于写作水平提高的学习策略,供英语专业学生参考。
