Abstract


With the development of globalization, the trade among countries becomes more frequent. In this process, the business texts play an important role. Especially with the rise of China, the business texts translation becomes more popular. Good translation promotes the business activity finished smoothly. However, the inappropriate translation will get the half result with the twice effort. For this reason, the business texts translation is necessary in the international trade.
This thesis mainly studied business texts translation under the functional equivalence theory which creates by E. A. Nida. The theory asks the equivalence not only in meanings but also in style. There will be study three types of business texts translation. Namely, the business letter translation, the business advertising translation and the business contract translation. The thesis will translate these three types of business texts from a new angle of applying Nida’s functional equivalence theory.
The thesis study has focused on business text translation under the guides of functional equivalence theory. In fact, Nida’s functional equivalence theory is useful and meaningful in guiding the business text translation in the modern world. The theory not only goes with the trend of historical developments, but also has the practical significance for the future research. As we all know that the business texts translation activities connect with the economic, society, and the culture. Therefore, with the time goes by, the business texts translation will be updated, and with the studies development, the equivalence theory will be deepened.

摘 要

伴随着全球化的发展,各国之间的贸易越来越频繁。在这个过程中,商务文本扮演者重要的角色。特别是伴随着中国的强大,商务文本的翻译特受欢迎。好的翻译可以促使商务活动顺利进行。然而,不合适的翻译会事倍功半。因此,在国际贸易中商务文本的翻译是很有必要的。
这篇论文主要研究了尤金.奈达的功能对等理论指导下的商务文本的翻译。理论要求翻译不仅要在意思上对等,还要在风格上对等。本论文主要研究三种不同类型商务文本的翻译。也就是,商务信函、商务广告以及商务合同的翻译。这篇论文是在功能对等理论新视角下对三种商务文本进行的翻译。
这篇论文是功能对等理论视角下商务文本的翻译。实际上,在现当代社会,奈达的功能对等理论在指导商务文本的翻译上很实用。其不仅顺应了历史发展的潮流,对未来的研究也具有现实意义。当然,我们知道翻译活动与社会、经济、文化都有所联系。随着时间的推移,商务文本的翻译也会随之更新。随着学者的不断研究,功能对等理论也会更加的深入。
