Abstract

Along with the rapidly development of the Internet era, Internet has becoming the best way to convey  information and facilitate communication.People love traveling in the blue ocean as well as exploring the wonderful things they have never seen.The entrance of the world is opened, Global culture are colliding with each other and bring the most brilliant fireworks.Today, although Chinese culture have a long history,its output of Chinese culture want to establish itself on the world still have long way to go. Lots of foreigners misunderstand China,so it is necessary to make more people have some insight into the culture of China, and Chinese food is an inevitable part of  Chinese culture.There is no doubt that our daily life have a deep connection with diet culture. Take food names for example, there are many Chinese dish names with local and traditional features.The translation of food name should be taken seriously otherwise it will make a big mistake.Consequently, translating China food name from the perspective of domestication and foreignization,take A Bite of China for example just what was needed
