| 功能对等理论视角下的商务合同翻译研究 A Study on Business Contract Translation from the Perspective of Functional Equivalence Theory Abstract: In recent years, with an increase in foreign trade, business contracts have become an essential part in it. More and more people pay attention to business contract translation. However, the quality of business contract translation is varied, and mistranslation can be seen everywhere, which may cause a number of trade fictions. Therefore, it is necessary to take translation strategies in business contracts translation. The functional equivalence theory argues that the nature of translation is reproducing in the receptor language the closest natural equivalence of the source-language message, first in terms of meaning and secondly in terms of style, which is in common with the three principles of contract translation----semantic,form and language style, which is of practical guiding significance to the business contract translation. This thesis is from the perspective of functional equivalence theory, it analyzes the stylistic features of the business contracts and puts forward some specific translation strategies to make the contract translation more formal and more accurate.
