| 西安未央区普惠性幼儿园教育质量问题探究 摘 要 近年来，随着城市化速度的加快、我国二胎政策的实施， 新生儿出生数量达到了高峰。 与此同时， 普惠性幼儿园的数量随着连续三次的学前教育三年行动计划的实施迅速增加， 尤其是自2017年开始实施第一个学前教育三年行动计划后， 普惠性民办幼儿园得到了迅速发展。 可见，随着普惠性幼儿园的增加，一定程度上缓解了“入园难、入园贵”的问题， 促使更多人关注幼儿园的教育质量问题。 因此，本文在简要介绍课题写作背景、目的后， 首先阐述有关普惠性幼儿园教育质量的基本概念及相关基础理论问题； 进而以西安市未央区为例， 深入分析当前西安市未央区普惠性幼儿园质量保障现状及存在的主要问题； 最后，结合当前现实情况，提出具体、针对性的策略， 为我国幼儿教育体系的完善提供理论参考。 关键词：普惠性； 幼儿园； 教育质量； 西安未央区 ABSTRACT In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and the implementation of my country's second-child policy, the number of newborns has reached a peak.At the same time, the number of inclusive kindergartens has increased rapidly with the implementation of the three-year pre-school education three-year action plan, especially since the implementation of the first three-year pre-school education action plan in 2017, inclusive private kindergartens have received Has developed rapidly. It can be seen that with the increase of inclusive kindergartens, the problem of "difficulty and expensive admission" has been alleviated to a certain extent, and more people are concerned about the quality of education in kindergartens. Therefore, after a brief introduction to the background and purpose of the topic’s writing, this article first elaborates on the basic concepts and related basic theoretical issues related to the quality of inclusive kindergarten education； and then takes Weiyang District, Xi’an as an example, to deeply analyze the current inclusiveness of Weiyang District, Xi’an. The status quo of the quality assurance of kindergartens and the main existing problems； finally, combined with the current reality, a specific and targeted strategy is proposed to provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of our country’s early childhood education system.
