摘 要

幼儿教育是每个人必经的基础教育阶段，将直接影响一个人的一生，因而幼儿教师起着非常重要的作用。然而，就当下幼儿教师的实际表现来看远远达不到预期目标，且各类问题不断产生，时而引发社会的关注与谴责。在对那些行为有失教师道德标准的教师进行处罚时，我们更应该思考到底是什么因素造成当下幼儿教师职业道德水平不断下降的局面。本文以贵州省为例，通过所搜集到的信息，分析该省幼儿教师职业道德中呈现的问题，并分析产生的原因。最后，结合现状提出改善该省幼儿教师职业道德现状的措施，希望本文研究能够带来理论和现实意义。

Abstract

Preschool education is a basic education stage for everyone.It will directly affect a person's life.Therefore, kindergarten teachers play a very important role.However, the actual performance of preschool teachers is far from the expected goal,and various problems continue to arise, sometimes causing social concern and condemnation. In the case of punishment for teachers who have lost the moral standards of teachers, we should think more about what causes the declining situation of the professional moral level of the present preschool teachers. This article takes Guizhou Province as an example, through the information collected,analyzes the problems of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics in this province, andanalyzes the causes. Finally, combined with the current situation,the paper puts forward the measures to improve the present situation of kindergarten teachers' professional ethics, hoping that this study can bring theoretical and practical significance.
