摘要：我国的幼儿教育不属于义务教育范畴，相比义务教育，政府在幼儿教育方面的投入不大，因此，在客观上为民间资本进入幼儿教育领域提供了很大的发展空间，也在一定程度上促使了民办幼儿园蓬勃发展，民办幼儿园遍地开花，与公立幼儿园形成百花争鸣之势。但是，民办幼儿园在创办过程中，依然存在许多现实的问题，比如创办过程中审批手续不全、资质不达标、幼儿教师资格不符、相关安全配套设备不足等问题。本文主要针对民办幼儿园创办过程中常见的几种问题进行分析，找出问题发生的原因，并给出合理的解决办法。

Abstract: preschool education in our country does not belong to compulsoryeducation, compared with compulsory education,the government does not invest much in earlychildhood education, therefore, it provides a great space for folk capital to enter the field of early childhood education objectively. To some extent, it also promotes the vigorous development of private kindergartens,private kindergartens blooming everywhere, and public kindergartens form the trend of a hundred flowers. However, there are still many practical problems in the process of establishing private kindergartens,such as incomplete examination and approval procedures, unqualified children teachers, insufficient safety equipment and so on. This paper mainly aims at private kindergartens The common problems in the course of establishment are analyzed,the causes of the problems are found out, and the reasonable solutions are given.
