幼儿冲突特点及对策研究

摘要:幼儿园是幼儿生活和学习最主要的活动场所。在这里的很长一段时间,幼儿学习知识,学着与人交往,接触新鲜事务。但由于年龄和认识的局限,幼儿在游戏、娱乐、学习等方面因意见、看法不同而导致的冲突时常发生。本文以幼儿冲突的现状分析为切入点,进一步探讨了冲突的特点,在此基础上提出了相应减少冲突的一些可行措施,以期幼儿形成懂得分享、友好合作的良好品德。

Abstract:Kindergarten is the most important place for children to live and learn.Here for a long time, young children learn knowledge,learn to communicate with people, contact with new things. However, due to the limitation of age and cognition,conflicts often occur because of different opinions and opinions in play, entertainment, learning and so on. Based on the analysis of the current situation of infant conflict,this paper further discusses the characteristics of conflict,and puts forward some feasible measures to reduce the conflict, in order to form a good character of sharing and friendly cooperation among young children.
