浅谈影响5-6岁幼儿合作行为因素及对策

摘 要

教育心理学中曾提出,教学应抓住关键时期,不同时期的关键期皆存在异同,以幼年为例,幼年是性格养成的关键时期,而所养成的人格将会对幼儿本体今后的社交行为及人生发展起着决定性作用。任何个体都无法脱离集体而独立成长,幼儿更是如此,因此,在幼儿交往中合作则变得尤为重要。但当前受到社会、家庭、学校教育等多方面影响,导致幼儿缺乏一定合作意识,丧失合作行为,以自我为中心更是阻碍了幼儿社会性发展。基础次,本文以铜仁市大风车幼儿园内大班中5-6岁幼儿为调查对象,通过对幼儿合作行为现状的调查,分析其影响因素,并对此提出有效的指导策略。

Abstract: made in educational psychology, teaching should grasp the key period,the critical period in different periods there are similarities and differences in childhood childhood is a critical period for example, character,and personality will develop on children's social behavior and life ontology development plays a decisive role. No individual can grow independently from the collective, and children are more so.Therefore, cooperation in children's communication becomes particularly important.But at present, influenced by society, family and school education,children's lack of cooperation consciousness,loss of cooperative behavior and self centred are hindering the social development of children. On the basis of this, this paper takes 5-6 years old children in the big windmill kindergarten of Tongren city as an object of investigation,analyzes the influencing factors through the investigation of the present situation of children's cooperative behavior, and puts forward effective guiding strategies for this.
