中班幼儿自主游戏中教师介入方式的研究

摘要:中班幼儿的自主性和游戏水平相比小班都有了一定提高,但自律性不如大班,教师的适当介入有利于中班自主游戏的展开和幼儿的发展。而教师介入的方式是影响教师介入的一个主要因素。本研究采用观察法、访谈法、案例分析法等方法,以铜仁市A幼儿园的5个中班的5名带班教师为研究对象,进行了观察并选取了3位中班教师进行了访谈。从不同介入方式所占比例和介入效果这两个方面对教师介入自主游戏的方式的现状进行了梳理和分析。发现教师介入自主游戏的有效性不高,教师在对介入方式的选择上受自身教育经验、对幼儿主体性的认识和对幼儿自主游戏观察等多方面的影响。最后从应用的层面对发现的问题提出了一些建议。

A Study on The Intervention of Teachers in Middle Class Children's Independent Games

Abstract The autonomy of middle class children and the level of play are improved compared with that of small class, but the self-discipline is not as good as that of large class. The proper intervention of teachers is beneficial to the development of middle class autonomous games and the development of children. The way of teacher intervention is a main factor affecting teacher intervention.By means of observation, interview and case analysis ,5 middle class teachers in Tongren A Kindergarten were observed and 3 middle class teachers were interviewed. From the two aspects of the proportion of different intervention methods and the effect of intervention, the present situation of teachers' intervention in autonomous games is combed and analyzed. It is found that the effectiveness of teachers' intervention in autonomous gamesis not high, and teachers are influenced by their own educational experience,understanding of children's subjectivity and observation of children's autonomous games. Finally, some suggestions are put forward from the application level.
