摘 要

角色意识非常重要，角色意识是幼儿教师做好工作的关键所在，幼儿教师能否有强烈的角色意识，是幼儿教师发挥积极主动性的基础。幼儿教师要自觉树立教育的角色意识，在学前教育事业中不断提升自己。一个标准的现代幼儿教师，是幼儿教育事业整合者，所持资源也是最完整的，所以思维一定不是单一的，要具备较强的教育能力。尊重家长和同事，关爱学生，这才是正确的打开方式。如果没有正确的角色意识，就难以成为一个好教师。要成为一名优秀合格的幼儿教师，就必须树立正确的角色意识。

ABSTRACT
