幼儿争抢行为的教育策略研究 摘 要 幼儿之间的争抢行为是幼儿在一种特定的情境之下,为了维护幼儿他自身的利益或者是表达内心情感需求从而选择的一种行为方式。能够引起幼儿争抢的原因或者目的都是不一样的,幼儿可能是为了获得某个物品来满足自我的需要,从而达到生理与心理的平衡,也有可能为了表现自己从而引起外人的关注等,这些行为现象与幼儿的年龄特点、幼儿自身的性格以及当时所处的情境是密不可分的。科学教育并正确处理幼儿的争抢行为在促进幼儿身心健康发展的同时,还可起到培养幼儿良好行为习惯、发展幼儿社会性能力的作用。对此,本文以C幼儿园小班幼儿为对象,归纳总结幼儿争抢行为的具体表现及特点,分析争抢行为的成因,并从明确规则及优化活动区域、发挥教师主导作用并有效指导、家园密切配合并提倡同伴分享几个方面重点探讨幼儿争抢行为的教育策略,希望通过本文研究矫正幼儿争抢行为,为幼儿园教育工作者提供借鉴参考,促进幼儿的社会性发展。 关键词:幼儿;争抢行为;教育策略 Abstract The scramble behavior is a kind of behavior way that children compete with their peers in a specific place environment to safeguard their vital interests. Scientific education and correct handling of the scramble behavior can not only promote children's physical and mental health development,but also play a role in cultivating children's good behavior habits and developing children's social ability. In this regard, this paper takes H kindergarten small class children as the object,summarizes the specific performance and characteristics of children's scramble behavior, analyzes the causes of some people's scramble behavior,and focuses on the educational strategies of children's scramble behavior from the aspects of optimizing regional activity layout and rule-making, giving full play to the leading role of teachers and effective guidance, close cooperation of homes and advocating peer sharing This paper studies and corrects children's scramble behavior, provides reference for kindergarten educators, and promotes children's social development.
