学前教育专业实习生公开课开展现状研究

摘要:对于学前教育专业实习生来说,开展公开课不仅可以完成教研组布置的任务,还对实习生专业成长有积极的促进作用。但是实习生开展公开课仍然存有不少的问题,时间掌控不到位、教学实施非公平性、评价主体单一、课后缺少交流与改进、公开课脱离常态等诸多问题。为了更好地促进实习生的专业成长,实习生首先要有良好的心态,保持积极乐观的情绪,提前做好充分的准备。而幼儿园采用科学的评价机制,完善评课方式及标准,杜绝实习生提前试课,使得公开课能够真正的促进学前教育专业实习生专业成长的有效途径。

Research on the Status Quo of the Development of Open Classes for Pre-school Education Interns

Abstract: For pre-school education interns,the implementation of open courses can notonly complete the tasks assigned by the teaching and research group, but also have a positive role in promoting the professional growth of interns. However, there are still many problems for interns to carry out open classes,such as inadequate time control, unfair teaching implementation,single evaluation subject, lack of communication and improvement after class, and open classes that are out of normality. In order to better promote the professional growth of interns,interns must first have a good attitude, maintain a positive and optimistic mood, and make full preparations in advance. The kindergarten adopts a scientific evaluation mechanism,improves the evaluation methods and standards,and prevents interns from trying classes in advance, so that open classes can truly promote the professional growth of preschool education interns.
