摘要：如今随着社会发展的越来越好，国民教育也得到了很大的进步，同时随着幼教教育不断的改革，不断深入的发展，当今社会对幼儿教师提出了越来越多也越来越高的要求，随之而然也让很多从事幼儿教育的老师面临着更加多的工作压力，和社会压力。同时这些压力也从各个方面对幼儿教师的心理健康构成了不等量的一些伤害和威胁，我觉得这些事情应引起全社会的高度关注和重视，不能让这些不可忽视的问任其发展，从而影响了幼儿教育这条大路上所有的幼儿教育者。在我的实习工作当中，发现很多能够影响幼儿教师职业压力的原因、他们时时刻刻都在影响着幼儿教育者的心理，幼儿教师职业这是一个有了压力需要自我去调适和适应的行业，幼儿教师必须要学会怎样自我心理调适和去适应的方法，所以我希望通过这篇论题中所提出这些现象，从而解决这些现象，然后给广大从事幼儿教育的同仁们在工作当中哪怕是有一点点帮组我也是高兴的。

Abstract：with the development of society, national education has made great progress.At the same time, with the continuous reform and in-depth development of early childhood education, the society has put forward more and more higherrequirements for early childhood teachers,which makes many teachers engaged in early childhood education face more work pressure and social pressure. At the same time, these pressures also pose unequal harm andthreat to preschool teachers' mental health from all aspects. I think these things should cause the whole society's high attention and attention, and can't let these problems not be ignored and allowed to develop, thus affecting all preschool educators on the road of preschool education. In my internship work,I found many reasons that can affect the professional pressure of preschool teachers. They are always influencing the psychology of preschool educators.Preschool teachers' occupation is an industry that needs self adjustment and adaptation when there is pressure. Preschool teachers must learn how to self psychological adjustment and adaptation,so I hope that through what I have mentioned in this thesis Put forward these phenomena, so as to solve these problems,and then to the majority of colleagues engaged in early childhood education in the work even if there is a little help group I am also happy.
