父亲参与幼儿性别教育现状研究

摘要  从幼儿出生以来,陪伴在其身边的更多的是母亲,而父亲作为另一个重要的教养者,却大多没有尽到应尽的责任,父亲对幼儿进行的性别教育,对幼儿来说有着别人无法取代的作用。本研究主要通过查阅文献资料以及对案例进行分析,研究父亲参与幼儿性别教育的现状,发现父亲仍然以传统的教育角色为主,并且仍旧不够重视幼儿的性别教育。针对父亲参与幼儿性别教育中存在的问题,笔者提出了以下六点建议:增强父亲参与幼儿性别教育的意识,营造适合幼儿性别角色发展的家庭氛围,母亲多鼓励父亲进行性别教育,运用双性化的教育方式,合理利用强化的积极作用,正确发挥榜样作用。

Research on the current situation of father's participation in children's Gender Education

Abstract Since the birth of a child, more mothers have accompanied him,while fathers, as another important educator, mostly fail to fulfill their responsibilities. Fathers’ participation in children's gender education plays an irreplaceable role for children.Through literature review and case analysis,this study focuses on father's sexualized behavior pattern, father's role and function inthe family and father's communication with children, discusses the current situation of fathers in children's gender education, and finds that fathers still play a traditional role in education, and still do not pay enough attention to children's gender education. In view of the problems existing in father's participation in children's gender education, the author puts forward the following nine suggestions: improve the level of father's participation in children's gender education, and create a good family atmosphere. Mothers encourage more fathers, use the dual education mode,make rational use of the strengthened positive role, and correctly play an exemplary role.
