幼儿园区域活动中材料的投放问题及改善措施 摘要 幼儿对区域活动有着强烈浓厚的兴趣,然而使用区域材料的操作单一、时间短促,无法保持长时间的较为有效的兴趣,且与教师预期的幼儿发展水平的期望相差甚远。因而,探究区域活动材料的投放的发展趋势和促进幼儿发展有效策略迫在眉睫。 本文主要运用调查法,通过48名教师的问卷调查以及3位幼儿园教师的访谈,发现区域活动材料的投放数量相差较大、教师在活动中主导作用不明显等问题,提出发挥教师角色作用,丰富教师知识储备、尊重幼儿主体,支持幼儿探索学习、投放的材料尽可能保持幼儿兴趣的延续性以及明确材料所蕴涵和可能实现的教育价值相应措施,从而促进幼儿活动顺便开展、身心全面发展。 The Problems and Improvement Measures of Material Delivery in Kindergarten Regional Activities Abstract Children have a strong interest in regional activities.However, the operation of regional materials is single, the time is short,and it can not maintain a more effective interest for a long time,and it is far from the expectation of teachers on the level of early childhood development. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the development trend of regional activity materials and effective strategies to promote children's development.
