摘 要

对于小班小班幼儿来说，生活自理能力的培养显得十分重要，一方面学会生活自理能力有利于对小班幼儿认知以及个性的培养，另一方面，使孩子拥有生活自理能力也能够提高孩子的生存能力。所以，我们对如何对孩子的生活自理能力进行培养以及提高进行了研究。我们对小班幼儿的生活自理能力具体化为四个方面，即就就餐方面、着装方面、自我清洁方面以及如厕方面，并对如何提高小班幼儿的生活自理能力进行了研究，提出了提高小班幼儿生活自理能力的建议以及对策。

Abstract

For young children, the cultivation of self-care ability of life is very important.On the one hand, learning self-care ability of life is beneficial to the cultivationof children's cognition and personality, on the other hand,To make the child have the ability to take care of themselves can also improve the child's ability to survive. Therefore, we studied how to cultivate and improve children's ability to take care of their lives.We have studied how to improve children's ability to take care of their livesin four aspects, that is, eating, dressing,self-cleaning and going to the toilet,and how to improve their ability to take care of themselves in their lives, we have made a study on how to improve the self-care ability of young children. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward toimprove the children's ability to take care of themselves.
