幼小衔接中家园合作的现状探究

摘要


幼小衔接是指幼儿园和小学这两个教育阶段的衔接,良好的幼小衔接有助于幼儿更好的适应小学生活,减少入学焦虑。家园合作是幼儿园与家庭之间合作的桥梁与纽带,教师和家长都在幼儿的成长过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,良好的家园合作有利于形成家园合力,一致的教育合力在促进幼儿身心健康和谐的发展方面起着事半功倍的作用。本文针对幼小衔接工作中有关家园合作的这部分内容进行研究,这项研究十分之重要,它关乎着幼小衔接这个过渡过程中幼儿园和家长能否形成有效、一致的家园合力,能否确保幼儿能够游刃有余的进入并且适应小学生活。现有研究有一部分是将幼小衔接和家园合作结合起来研究,且针对性不强,探讨不够深入,更多的是单方面研究幼小衔接或者家园合作,没有将二者结合起来进行研究。因此,本研究具有一定的理论和实践意义。
本文以郑州市xx幼儿园为例,以教师和家长为研究对象,从幼小衔接中家园合作的观念、实施和评价三个维度出发,采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法进行研究,通过收集、分析和整理材料,阐述了幼小衔接和家园合作的现状,分析存在的问题和原因,并结合实际情况提出改进幼小衔接中家园合作的一些策略。

Abstract

The connection between kindergarten and primary school refers to the connection between the two stages of education. A good connection between kindergarten and primary school can help children better adapt to primary school life and reduce their anxiety about school entry.Home cooperation is the bridge and link between kindergarten and family cooperation, teachers and parents play an irreplaceable role in the growth of children, good home cooperation is conducive to the formation of home joint force, consistent education joint force plays a double role in promoting the development of children's physical and mental health and harmony.This paper studies this part of the work of the connection between kindergarten and primary school, which is extremely important. It concerns whether the kindergarten and parents can form an effective and consistent joint force at home in the transition process of the connection between kindergarten and primary school, and whether children can enter and adapt to primary school life with ease.Some of the existing studies combine the connection between the young and the young and the home cooperation, but the pertinence is not strong and the discussion is not deep enough. More studies are conducted unilaterally on the connection between the young and the young or the home cooperation, without combining the two.Therefore, this study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
This article in zhengzhou city xx kindergarten, for example, by teachers and parents as the research object, from the little join home cooperation concept, implementation and evaluation of three dimensions, using literature study, questionnaire, interview method, such as research methods to study, through the collection, analysis and finishing materials, expounds the present situation of the cooperation between infant and homes, analysis the problems and reasons, and connecting with the actual situation put forward some strategies for the improvement of home little join in cooperation.
