| 0－3岁婴幼儿照护服务质量现状及对策研究 摘要：0-3岁是婴幼儿成长的初步阶段，对其发展有着重要的意义，因此在这一阶段对婴幼儿的照护质量极为关键。而随着我国女性地位的提高、全面二孩政策的实施以及延迟退休政策颁布等，传统的家庭照护模式对婴幼儿的照护质量面临着很大的挑战。与此同时，照护机构供给不足、师资力量薄弱等，对婴幼儿的照护质量也存在一定的问题。本文通过阅读大量的文献资料，对0-3岁婴幼儿照护服务有一个相对比较系统和全面的认识，从而分析已有的研究成果，总结其观点，找到本次研究的重点，明确研究的方向，进行深入的研究。并且通过问卷、访谈等方法调查研究了某机构0-3岁婴幼儿照护服务质量的现状以及存在的问题，并提出了相应的提升服务质量的对策。 关键词：0-3岁；婴幼儿；照护服务质量 Study on the current situation and Countermeasures of the quality of care services for infants aged 0-3 Ban Fanyun Abstract: 0-3 years old is the initial stage of infant growth, which is of great significance to its development. Therefore, the quality of care for infants at this stage is extremely critical.With the improvement of women's status,the implementation of comprehensive twochild policy and the promulgation of delayed retirement policy, the traditional family care model is facing great challenges to the quality of infant care. At the same time, there are some problems in the quality of care for infants, such as insufficient supply of care institutions and weak teachers. In this paper, through reading a large number of literature,we have a relatively systematic and comprehensive understanding of 0-3-year-old infant care services,so as to analyze the existing research results, summarize their views, find the focus of this study, clear the direction of research, and carry out in-depth research. And through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to investigate the status quoand existing problems of 0-3 years old infant care service quality in an institution,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the service quality.
