社畜碎碎念”微信公众号自媒体策划书 摘 要 在主流文化与亚文化的收编与抵抗中,寻求身份认同成为大多数人以此来应对两种文化碰撞的最佳选择。人们寻找自身在社会群体中的定位,守护个人所推崇的亚文化认同,以此来完成主体自身在特定社会与文化关系中的建构和追问。一方面,清楚把握自身在社会群体中扮演的角色,完成具有社会意义的“客我建构”,另一方面,收获来自他人带给自身的情感和价值意义,来完成具有个体意义的“主我建构”。 回望于我们的日常生活中,不难发现亚文化已经渗透进互联网中,穿梭于各类社交化媒体中。“社畜”这一青年亚文化热词的出现,是以90后在深刻的社会转型期成长为背景而兴起的。当90后、95后,甚至00后的职场新人踏入社会时,会与所处社会的大环境氛围产生代际差异,出现阶层壁垒,从而无法很顺利的适应职场生活,产生巨大的落差感和失败感。在这种心理的驱使下,职场新人会对残酷的社会产生逃避和恐惧,内心的压力也难以得到释放,于是“社畜”一词便应运而生,“社畜”既调侃了自身的尴尬处境,一定程度上也使得职场新人的内心压力得到缓解。 对于刚刚离开大学生活的毕业生来说,“学生”到“职场新人”的转换,象牙塔到残酷职场的变化,都意味着是全新的、未知的、迷茫的、充满挑战的生活的开端。职场新人初出茅庐,在面对这些挑战时难以招架,在犯错高成本的工作中手足无措,在面临巨大压力时难以接受,种种不适应导致的慌乱和迷茫都使得新人进一步抵触职场、不愿意积极的适应职场。 “打工人”“社畜”这种标签化的青年亚文化,以一种看似抵抗的方式,达成了对既定现实的高度接纳和自洽。正话反说,丧语要用积极的口吻呐喊,社畜式的丧文化,撕裂了鸡汤学的流畅叙事,成为活跃于各大社交平台的集体狂欢,在“佛”与“丧”中求得了微妙的呼吸夹缝,在案牍的劳形中获得些许的放松和解放,寻求一方自由的天地。所以在社交媒体平台中,以“社畜”为内容方向的自媒体运营应运而生,以“社畜”为主题的讨论掀起一阵又一阵的热议和狂喊,职场新人在自嘲中收获解压新方式,以自我带入的方式积极参与其中,赋予“社畜”更丰富的文本价值和符号内涵,同时也给职场新人多一些感同身受的共同空间,一起迎接职场的挑战,一起适应职场的转换。 关键字:亚文化;自媒体运营;社畜;职场 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the collection and resistance of mainstream culture and subculture,seeking identity is the best choice for most people to deal with the collision of the two cultures. On the one hand, we should clearly grasp our own role in social groups to complete the "objective and self construction" with social significance;on the other hand, we should harvest the emotional and value significance brought by others to complete the "subjective self construction" with individual significance. Looking back at our daily life,it is not difficult to find that subculture has penetrated into the Internet and shuttled through all kinds of social media. The emergence of "social animal", a hot word of youth subculture,is based on the growth of the post-90s in the period of profound social transformation. When the post-90s, post-95s and even post-00s enter the society,they will have intergenerational differences with the social environment and atmosphere, and there will be class barriers, so they can't adapt to the work life smoothly, resulting in a huge sense of gap and failure.
