摘要：云南省是我国毒品问题最为严重的省份之一，长时间以来，云南省不断加大对毒品的打击力度，采取多种手段竭力控制毒品的传播泛滥。强制隔离戒毒所以消除毒品危害、挽救吸毒人员为目的，内设强制隔离戒毒所医院，在帮助吸毒人员戒除毒瘾和治疗疾病等方面发挥重大作用。本文着眼于吸毒人员在戒毒所医院进行治疗过程中所产生的医疗保险异地就医管理问题深入开展研究。在写作过程中运用实地访谈法、查阅文献法和案例分析法，以云南省K强制隔离戒毒所为例，以提升戒毒所医院医保科异地医保结算效能为核心，客观分析阐述其管理现状。在一定程度上对进一步改进和提升院内异地医疗保险报销结算管理方式具有借鉴意义。
