摘 要

本研究以安徽省宿州市埇桥区对象，对埇桥区农村生活废水的治理现状进行了调查。比较了农村生活污水治理模式以及处理工艺，对埇桥区农村生活污水治理中出现的主要问题进行了总结，并提出了科学建议及对策。以期为埇桥区农村生活污水的治理提供借鉴和参考。
文章首先就农村生活污水的治理的已有研究进行了综述，对我国农村生活污水种类、特征进行了阐述。对农村生活污水治理模式、治理工艺、美国、日本等发达国家的先进治理经验等内容进行了归纳总结。采用资料收集、实地走访、问卷调查等方式对埇桥区农村生活污水治理现状进行了调查。
研究发现，埇桥区农村生活污水处理取得了阶段性成就，埇桥区农村厕改已完成26.44 %，镇区污水出厂已全部建成。其农村生活污水构成主要为厕所废水、淋浴及洗漱废水、厨房废水所构成；埇桥农村居民在厕所废水、淋浴废水、厨房废水未经处理直接排放的比例分别为2 %、64 % 和50 %。在农村生活污水治理关注度和必要性关注方面，持“不关注/不必要”和“不清楚”观点的比例分别为25% 和30%。通过调查研究，分析了埇桥区农村生活污水目前存在问题和难点，并在宣传、规划、管理、资金方面提出了科学建议。

Abstract

In this study, the present situation of rural domestic wastewater treatment in Yongqiao District, Suzhou City, Anhui Province is investigated.In this paper, the governance mode and treatment process of the rural domestic sewage in the nearest bridge district are compared,the main problems in the governance of the rural domestic sewage in the nearest bridge district are summarized and scientific suggestions and countermeasures are put forward, in order to provide references for the governance of the rural domestic sewage in the nearest bridge district.

Firstly, this paper reviews the existing research on the treatment of rural domesticsewage, and expounds the types and characteristics of rural domestic sewage in China.The treatment mode, treatment technology and advanced treatment experienceof developed countries such as the United States and Japan were summarized.The present situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Yongqiao District is investigated by means of data collection, field visit and questionnaire survey.

The research shows that the treatment of rural domestic sewage in the nearest bridge district has made achievements in the next stage. The renovation of rural toilets in the nearest bridge district has been completed 26.44%, and the sewage in the nearest town has been completed completely.It domestic sewage mainly consists of toilet waste water, shower waste water, ans rural d kitchen waste water.In the nearest bridge, the proportion of the waste water directly discharged by the rural residents in the toilet, shower and kitchen without treatment is 2 %, 64% and 50 % respectively.In terms of the attention and necessity of rural domestic sewage treatment,25 % and 30 % hold "no attention/unnecessary" and "unclear" views, respectively.Through investigation and research,the present problems and difficulties in the nearest rural domestic sewage in Yongqiao District are analyzed, and scientific suggestions in the aspects of publicity, planning, management and fund are put forward.
