健康信息服务商业模式研究

内容摘要
  本文对健康信息服务商业模式与互联网、O2O模式相结合,在吸收和借鉴主流商业模式的基础上,通过对现存商业模式不完善的缺点,进行针对性的优化,使健康信息服务商业模式转化为“服务+”的新互联网模式,打破主流商业模式不足的限制,拒绝无脑的资金投入和减少非必要投 入。努力通过新型的健康信息服务商业模式,将运营的服务网站打造成城市名片 ,营造全民健康养生氛围,打造健康生活核心。考虑现存商业模式的现实情况,针对不同的用户群体需求进行个性化优化, 所以采用统一规划、信息实时、经济性、可持续性的构建原则,针对用户层面和健康信息推送方式两个大模块进行优化,从而设计出前中后三个不同时间的商业模式规划。

Abstract
  In this paper, the health information service business model combined with the Internet, O2O mode, on the basis of absorb and draw lessons from the mainstream business model, based on the disadvantages of existing business model is not perfect, targeted optimization, make health information service business model into a new Internet service "+" pattern, the break back by the lack of mainstream business model, refused to have no brain into the capital investment and reduce unnecessary.Through the new business model of health information service, the service website will be built into the name card of the city, create the atmosphere of national health maintenance, and build the core of healthy life.Considering the reality of the existing business model, according to different user groups demand for personalized optimization, so the unified planning, the information in real time, economy, the sustainable building principle, aimed at the user level and health information push two large module is optimized, thereby design out of the top three different time after the business model of planning.
