| 你的晚年，何去何从？ ——基于CCRC模式的唐山市首佳康养中心案例 摘要 我国正面临人口老龄化的巨大挑战，为了满足日益增长的养老服务需求，我国不断探索多样化、社会化的养老模式，逐步建立健全以居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充、医养有机结合的多层次养老服务体系。本案例以CCRC模式下的唐山市首佳康养中心为研究对象，经过实地调研分析，了解首佳从初创到成长的心路历程，并运用社会嵌入理论、多中心治理理论等相关理论，阐明了在推进CCRC模式中政府、社会、企业三方养老共同体的关系，探寻突破首佳养老服务业发展瓶颈的路径，以期为完善CCRC模式在养老服务领域的应用，破解养老行业发展困境，缓解老龄化压力，促进养老服务业健康发展提供借鉴。 关键词：老龄化；CCRC模式；养老社区；社会化养老服务 Abstract China is facing the great challenge of population aging.In order to meet the growing demand for old-age care services,China has been exploring diversified and socialized old-age care models, and gradually established and improved a multi-levelold-age care service system based on home, relying on community, supplemented by institutions and combining medical care organically. This case with CCRC mode of tangshan first jia kang keep center as the research object, through on-the-spot investigation and study analysis,knowledge of the first journey from start-up to growth, and on the basis of the theory of social embedding,polycentric governance theory and related theory, expounded in advancing CCRC mode of government, society,enterprise tripartite retirement community relations,explore the break through the bottleneck of first better endowment service path, in order to improve the CCRC model applied in the field of pension services, cracking pension industry development predicament, alleviate the pressure of the ageing, promote the healthy development of the endowment services for reference.
