| 浅析新科技时代下的老年人出行难问题 摘要：自智能手机诞生以来，就给我们的生活带来了无限的便利，例如手机看视频、生活支付、网上购物、购买车票等等一系列方便快捷的优点，这也是当今时代下，我国科学技术和信息行业的快速发展而导致的广泛智能化。但是，科技的快速发展带来的一定都是好事情吗？在疫情期间，各地都相继出台了规定：乘坐公交、地铁市民需要出示“健康码”才可乘车，而“老年人因为没有健康码乘车受阻”的事件频频发生，受到大众关注。老年人不会用智能手机，在疫情期间因没有健康码使出行受限，导致老年人出行困难。看似是因无健康码导致的简单问题，实际上是在科技的快速发展下，老年人与科技生活中巨大的数字横沟问题。如今，我国老年人口将突破3亿人,即将从轻度老龄化社会迈入中度老龄化社会。但大部分老年人无法接受日常生活中所因科技带来的改变，加之智能手机和相关出行软件的适老化程度低，对他们的日常出行带来很多不便，他们没有办法选择交通工具，甚至对于踏出家门都“望而却步”，无法充分享受科技发展带来的便利。虽然国家有关部委对于老年人出行方面早已作出明确部署和要求，但是从现状来看，这一“数字鸿沟”问题却无法根本解决。本小组将以现代社会老年人因健康码而出行困难问题为典型案例，通过对问题产生原因的分析，有针对性的提出可能解决问题的思考和建议,希望能在一定程度上缓解老年人出行难的问题。 关键词：科技 老年人 健康码 出行难 Abstract: Since the birth of smart phones,it has brought infinite convenience to our life, such as watching video, living payment, online shopping, buying tickets and a series of convenient and fast advantages. This is also the extensive intelligence caused by the rapid developmentof China's science and technology and information industry in today's era. But are all the good things brought about by the rapid development of science and technology?During the epidemic period,regulations have been issued one after another in various places citizens who take the bus or subway need to show their "Health Code" before they can take the bus, while the incidents of "elderly people are blocked because they don't have a health code" occur frequently, which attract public attention. The elderly will not use smart phones,because there is no health code during the epidemic period, the travel is limited, which makes it difficult for the elderly to travel. It seems to be a simple problem caused by the lack of health code.In fact, it is a huge digital gap between the elderly and the life of science and technology with the rapid development of science and technology. Today, China's elderly population will exceed 300 million, from a mild aging society to a moderate aging society. However, most of the elderly can not accept the changes brought about by science and technology in their daily life. In addition, the low aging degree of smart phones and related travel software brings a lot of inconvenience to their daily travel. They have no way to choose the means of transportation,and even "flinch" from stepping out of their homes,unable to fully enjoy the convenience brought by the development of science and technology. Although the relevant national ministries and commissions have made cleararrangements and requirements for the travel of the elderly,from the current situation, this "digital divide" problem can not be fundamentally solved. This group will take the travel difficulties of the elderly in modern society due to health code as a typical case,through the analysis of the causesof the problems, put forward the thinking and suggestions that may solve the problems, hoping to alleviate the travel difficulties of the elderly to a certain extent.
