| 广东省的财政支农政策分析 [摘要] 从2005年农业税取消以来，农民生产积极性大大提高，农业也相比以往有了更加强大的的前进动力，但事物愈向前发展，面临的问题和风险也愈多。2020年是全面建成小康社会的目标实现之年，是全面打赢脱贫攻坚战的收官之年，而脱贫攻坚质量怎么样、小康成色如何，很大程度上要看“三农”工作的成效如何，在这样一个历史节点上，地方的财政支农政策如何为“三农”工作减负，释放活力，再添“引擎”，长期稳定农业供给和保障农民增收具有重要作用，但是目前不少地方的财政支农政策依然存在一定的问题，所以，本文的研究过程当中主要是对广东省的财政支农政策的现状和原因进行分析和总结，并探讨出相关的对策，具有一定的现实意义。 [关键词] 广东省，财政支农政策，三农 Analysis of Guangdong Province's Financial Supporting Agriculture Policy Abstract: Since the abolition of the agricultural tax in 2005,farmers have greatly increased their enthusiasm for production, and agriculture has a stronger driving force than before. However, the more things move forward, the more problems and risks they face.What's more, 2020 is the year when the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is realized, and it is the final year to win the fight against poverty in an all-round way. The quality of the fight against poverty and the quality of the well-off society depend to a large extent on the work of "three rural areas" How effective are the results? At such a historical node, how the local fiscal policy to support agriculture can reduce the burden on the "three rural" work, release vitality, and add another "engine". Long-term stabilization of agricultural supply and protectionof farmers' income are important, but there are many at present.
