| 论我国腐败问题的治理策略——以独立的行政法制监督为视角 摘要：腐败现象各个形态的社会中都有，腐败的实质就是当权者对公权力肆无忌惮的滥用。治理腐败的源头应该是对于权力的监督和约束。因此，需要在立法上为独立的监督机构提供法律依据，明确其监督职能，并以独立的行政法制监督为手段，从而建立起一套独立且高效的权力监督制度以制约权力的滥用和腐化，最终让权力运行在阳光下，让腐败的蛀虫无处藏身。 关键词：腐败；权力制约；独立的行政法制监督 Abstract：Corruption will appear in all forms of society, and the essence of corruption is the unscrupulous abuse of public power by those in power. The source of corruption control should be the supervision and restriction of power. Guided by the idea of separation of powers, this paper puts forward the view that the administrative supervision right should be independent and a special administrative supervision institution should be set up. And provide legal basis for independent supervision institutions in legislation and define their supervision functions, thus establishing a set of independent and efficient power supervision system to restrict the abuse and corruption of power, and finally allowing power to run in the sun, leaving corrupt moths nowhere to hide.
