摘要：根据疫情逐步趋于常态化防控情况下，高职院校体育课程如何合理改革体育课程教学模式，在疫情防控的条件下，开展安全有效的体育课程教学。本文主要从分析疫情防控期间体育课程所面临的问题，提出学生及教师在体育课程中提升意识、佩戴口罩方式、教学内容、运动量、组织形式、场地区域划分、拉伸与呼吸等建议，确保复学之后体育课程教学在疫情防控条件下安全授课。

Study on the Teaching Mode of Physical Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control

Abstract: according to the situation that the epidemic situation gradually tends to normalize prevention and control, how to reform the teaching mode of physical education curriculum reasonably in higher vocational colleges,and carry out safe and effective physical education curriculum teaching under the condition of epidemic prevention and control. This paper mainly analyzes the problems faced by physical education courses during the period of epidemic prevention and control, and puts forward some suggestions for students and teachers to raise their awareness, wear masks, teaching contents, sports quantity, organization form, site area division,stretching and breathing in physical education courses,so as to ensure the safe teaching of physical education courses after re-schooling under the condition of epidemic prevention and control.
