| 浅析云南白药集团股份有限公司的盈利及偿债能力
摘 要
企业的盈利能力关系着企业未来的发展潜力，标示着企业在管理方面是否是成功的，公司的偿付能力是与公司的长期活动直接相关的关键指标，在本文中，我对云南白药集团的盈利能力、偿付能力进行了分析。同时，基于云南白药集团的主要财务信息，我对盈利能力、偿付能力进行了初步评估；基于此，我使用比率分析等方法，建立了云南白药集团盈利能力、偿付能力评估指数模型，并使用这种经验分析模型，对云南白药集团进行了分析评估，找出集团盈利能力、偿付能力面临问题，分析原因，最后提供解决方案。

ABSTRACT
The profitability of an enterprise is related to its future development potential and indicates whether the enterprise is successful in management. The solvency of an enterprise is a core indicator directly related to the sustainable operation of an enterprise and reflects its financial security and operational stability. This paper makes an empirical analysis and evaluation onthe profitability and solvency of Yunnan Bai Yao company. It makes a preliminary judgment on the profitability and solvencythrough the basic financial information of Yunnan Bai Yao company. On this basis, it introduces the methods of factor analysis,comparative analysis and ratio analysis to establish an evaluation index model for the profitability and solvency of Yunnan Bai Yao company The model is used to analyze and evaluateYunnan Bai Yao company horizontally and vertically, to find out the problems faced by Yunnan Bai Yao company in terms of profitability and solvency, to analyze the reasons, and finally to propose solutions.
