摘 要:就业是民生之本,是社会稳定之本。 大学生就业关系到亿万家庭的幸福和国家的发展。 国家非常重视大学生就业。 国务院和其他省、市、自治区每年召开专题会议,安排高校毕业生就业。 2019年底,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情迅速蔓延,波及面广, 造成了超乎人们想象的巨大破坏,不可避免地给包括高校在内的就业带来了困难。 为了应对疫情,协调社会发展,国务院将就业稳定置于六项稳定措施的首位, 这进一步说明了就业在社会发展中的重要性。 就业压力需要各方高度重视,并采取措施有效缓解。 深入分析疫情给大学生就业带来的困难并找到对策非常重要。 本文从就业岗位减少、竞争对手增加、求职时 间缩短等方面分析了新冠肺炎疫情给大学生就业带来的困难和挑战。 从就业观念陈旧、就业能力弱、职业规划不及时、不清晰等角度, 找出阻碍就业的个人原因, 并提出更新就业观念、进行全程职业规划、预 测招聘条件、准确提升就业能力、抓住新的就业机会等策略建议。

Changes of employment orientation and salary view of college students under COVID-19 epidemic

Abstract:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and social stability. The employment of college students is related to the happiness of hundreds of millions of families and the development of the country. The country attaches great importance to the employment of college students. The State Council and other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions hold special conferences every year to arrange employment for college graduates. At the end of 2019, the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 spread rapidly, spread widely and caused unimaginable damage, inevitably causing difficulties in employment, including in universities. In order to cope with the epidemic and coordinate social development, the State Council has placed employment stability at the top of the six stabilization measures, further demonstrating the importance of employment in social development. All parties need to attach great importance to the employment pressure and take effective measures to alleviate it. It is very important to deeply analyze the difficulties brought by the epidemic to college students' employment and find countermeasures. This paper analyzes the difficulties and challenges brought by the COVID-19 epidemic to college students' employment from the aspects of fewer jobs, more competitors and shorter job hunting time. From the perspective of outdated employment concept, weak employment ability, untimely and unclear career planning, this paper finds out the personal reasons that hinder employment, and puts forward some strategic suggestions, such as updating employment concept, making full career planning, predicting recruitment conditions, accurately improving employment ability, and seizing new employment opportunities.
