摘要

在我国电力企业不断发展的过程中,供电企业竞争局势越来越激烈,特别是在国企改革、国网售电放开的新形势下,电力营销服务管理工作的开展,对于电力企业服务水平的提升具有极大的帮助,构建高效、可持续发展的电力企业。确保国故城县供电公司具备良好的市场竞争实力。伴随着经济的发展和社会的进步,供电营销服务质量在今天电力企业经营工作中的重要地位也日益彰显突出。电力营销服务管理水平,特别需要快速的发展。电力企业要想自身长远发展得以实现,绝对不能再仅仅停留在提升供电质量与保障稳定性上,努力提高自身的服务质量和水平是以后发展的重要基础。

论文结合电力企业实际发展需求,深入分析电力营销的基础理论水平,针对国网故城县供电公司在营销服务中的突出问题进行了详细的调研,并结合访谈调查客户满意度,对故城县供电公司的整体服务水平做出整体评价。并就现阶段存在的问题,采用借鉴国内外优秀策略措施、创新营销服务管理理念的方式列举了新的对策、措施及解决方案。针对目前状况,本文指出了企业营销优质服务必须加强的意义,分析了目前电力企业营销服务中存在的问题,阐述了对电力营销优质服务的建议与对策。
