| 采用SWOT 浅析贵州加入粵桂黔高铁经济带的意义
摘要
众所周知，SWOT分析法是一种综合性、通用性较强的研究方法。目前，我国高铁发展已由消化吸收阶段步入了大规模发展阶段，国家为进一步扩大我国高铁网络覆盖面提出了要建设省会城市及大中城市间快速客运通道的建设规划。贵州在国家发展规划的要求下也积极参与到了高铁大规模建设的浪潮中，先后建成沪昆高铁贵州段、贵广高铁等高铁专线。
高铁效应的给区域带来的影响是有利有弊的，只有通过全面的综合的要素分析，贵州地区才能扬长避短，实现高铁产业的又好又快发展。本文第一章先给出了论文研究背景；第二章从贵州加入粤桂黔经济带所固有的区位方面、政策方面能源生态方面的优势入手分析最后再重点从能源生态角度给出具体建议；第三章先分析了整体经济科技以及地区开发程度方面的劣势然后提出整改建议；第四章国家建设机遇和经济方面、区域竞争方面威胁然后给出具体建议；本文最后一章根据全文分析得到的数据和结论再总结给出相应的建议。

ABSTRACT
As is known to all, SWOT analysis is a comprehensive and universal research method. At present, China's high-speed rail development has entered a stage of large-scale development from the stage of digestion and absorption. In order to further expand the coverage of China high-speed rail network, the country has proposed the construction plan of constructing provincial capitals and high-speed passenger corridors between large and medium-sized cities. Under the requirements of the national development plan, guizhou also took an active part in the large-scale construction of high-speed railway, and built high-speed railway lines such as shanghai-kunming high-speed railway guizhou section and guiyang-guangzhou high-speed railway.
The impact of high-speed rail effect on the region has both advantages and disadvantages. Only through comprehensive and comprehensive factor analysis can guizhou make full use of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages and realize the sound and rapid development of high-speed rail industry. The first chapter gives the research background of this paper. The second chapter analyzes the advantages of guizhou in terms of energy ecology in terms of its inherent location and policies in joining the guangdong-guizhou-guizhou economic belt. The third chapter first analyzes the disadvantages of the overall economy, science and technology as well as the degree of regional development and then puts forward Suggestions for rectification. Chapter four is the opportunity of national construction and the threat of economic and regional competition. In the last chapter of this paper, based on the data and conclusions obtained from the analysis of the full text, the corresponding Suggestions are given.
