| 旅游酒店的绿色主题设计
摘要：我国绿色环保时代的正式到来对当今世界上的经济社会发展方式产生了巨大的社会影响,例如绿色节能环保材料行业、清洁环保能源利用产业、生态环境保护产业,当然观光旅游业和酒店住宿行业也不仅一例外。国外酒店率先意识到绿色管理对酒店的积极影响,也意识到酒店对环境保护具有举足轻重的重要意义。虽然大型酒店不至于像那些能源消耗大、环境污染严重的大型重工业给城市环境及其生态和自然生物系统带来的各种严重破坏,但也可能会给整个城市中的环境管理带来很大程度不同的隐性或显性的各类环境污染及各类人力资源上的浪费。我国的酒店在90年代末的时候才进行对绿色管理引进的这一理论概念。虽然目前我国在相关政策上对其酒店的绿色经营环境行为管理做了严格规范,要求所有酒店必须实现企业绿色经营管理;但是国际酒店环境权益保护的发展潮流也对当前我国绿色酒店经营产生重大经济冲击,要求每年我国所有酒店按照其国际经营环境标准规范从事,但绿色经营管理已经实现绿色化成为经营的新模式,但我国仍旧只有少数酒店开始树立绿色管理意识,推行绿色管理。从现在全国较大范围开展来看,我国大多数的星级酒店对于实施绿色安全管理、绿色经营的模式还有很长的路需要走,甚至根本不具有绿色管理色彩。我国旅游酒店实行绿色管理还任重道远。本文从旅游酒店绿色管理这一研究点出发,基于国内酒店这一视角,并以皇冠假日酒店为案例,重讲述其现在这个阶段皇冠假日酒店绿色管理的现状,并进行绿色主题的设计,最后提出几点有关绿色主题酒店的设计建议,以期为酒店绿色的发展提供自己的一点力量。

Abstract:The arrival of the green era has a huge impact on the world economic development, such as energy conservation and environmental protection industry,clean energy industry, ecological environment industry, of course, tourism hotel industry is no exception. Foreign hotels are the first to realize the positive impact of green management on hotels and the importance of hotels in environmental protection. The hotel does not bring serious damage to the ecology and biology like theheavy industry with high energy consumption and serious pollution,China's hotels began to introduce the concept of green management in the late 1990s.trend of international environmental protection also has a significant impact China's hotels, requiring Chinese hotels to engage in green management according to international environmental standards,but China is still only few hotels beganestablish green management awareness and promote green management. Nationwide, most hotels in China are far from green management, or even do not have green management at all. In this paper, from the tourist hotel green management the research starting point,based on domestic hotel this Angle of view,and with the examples of crowne plaza hotelcrowne plaza then elaborated the present stage the present situation of the green management, and carry on the design of the green theme, finally puts forward some design Suggestions about the crowne plaza hotel green theme, so as to our country hotel green management laid the meager strength.
