| 北京旅游民宿发展对策研究
摘 要
近些年，随着旅游业的发展，掀起了民宿业的热潮，目前我国大部分民宿业的发展多以农村旅游发展开端。北京作为国际化的大都市，我国首都城市，具有悠久厚重的历史文化底蕴，民宿的开发建设和其他地区的乡村化民宿不同，具有较大的研究价值。
本文总结国内外学者的研究，深入研究民宿的起源和发展，并结合北京当地的旅游收支情况、游客情况以及住宿情况，从民宿的行业历史、行业发展的政治、经济、社会文化、技术等宏观环境、行业现状以及民宿主要类型、空间分布具体分析北京市旅游民宿业的发展。并以北京最具有特色的合院式民宿为代表，探究合院式民宿发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。最后总结北京旅游民宿存在的问题，并从内部加强、平台改善和外部支持三个方面提出建议。

Study on the Countermeasures for the Development of Tourism Residential Housing in Beijing
Abstract:In recent years,with the development of tourism, the upsurge of residential industry has been set off. At present, most of the development of residential industry in China begins with the development of rural tourism. As an international metropolis, Beijing has a long history and culture.The development and construction of residential accommodation is different from that of rural residential accommodation in other areas, and has great research value.
This paper summarizes the research of scholars at home and abroad,deeply studies the origin and development of residential accommodation, and combines the local tourism income and expenditure situation, tourist situation and accommodation situation in Beijing,analyzes the development of tourism residential industry in Beijing from the history of residential industry, the political, economic, social culture, technology and other macro environment, industry status, as well as the main types of residential accommodation, spatial distribution. Taking Beijing's most characteristic residential accommodation as therepresentative, this paper explores the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of residential accommodation. Finally, it summarizes the problems existing in Beijing's tourist lodging, and puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: internal strengthening, platform improvement and external support.
