跨境电商模式下的农产品出口策略分析

摘要
 
中国作为一个传统的农业大国,农产品一直是我国的对外贸易的主要产品。在电子商务等新的交易形式出现并迅速发展的当下,根据跨境电商的运营模式,有必要对传统的农产品出口策略进行改进,创造出适合新时代、新环境的出口策略。最近几十年中国的工业品产值持续高涨,成为名副其实的“世界工厂”,然而农产品出口情况却进步较慢,其主要原因还是出口程序繁杂和出口对象国的贸易壁垒导致出口成本过高。在新的国际环境之下,利用跨境电子商务新模式转变国际贸易方式的要求迫切。本文在研究相关资料的基础之上,通过实地考察、问卷调查和数据统计的方式,对跨境电商模式下的农产品出口现状进行了分析,详细叙述了农产品在跨境电商模式下出口存在的挑战,发达国家实施贸易保护政策、出口农产品结构不合理、电商平台存在相互压价恶性竞争、农产品质量与发达国家相比存在差距等。并针对上述问题提出相对应的解决措施,约束各国的保护主义行为、充分了解国际市场需求、建立合理的市场体系、集中生产并统一质检标准。并对未来的跨境电商模式下的农产品出口策略进行分析。

Analysis of Agricultural Products Export Strategy under Cross Border E-commerce Mode
 
ABSTRACT
 
As a traditional agricultural country,agricultural products have always been the main products of China's foreign trade. With the emergence and rapid development of e-commerce and other new transaction forms, according to the operation mode of cross-border e-commerce,it is necessary to improve the traditional export strategy of agricultural products and create an export strategy suitable for the new era and new environment. In recent decades, the output value of China's industrial products has continued to rise and become a veritable "world factory". However, the export of agricultural products has made slow progress.The main reason is that the export cost is too high due to the complicated export procedures and the trade barriers of export target countries. In the new international environment,it is urgent to use the new mode of cross-border e-commerce to change the mode of international trade. On the basis of consulting relevant literature, through field investigation,questionnaire survey and data statistics,this paper analyzes the current situationof agricultural products export under thecross-border e-commerce mode, and describes in detail the problems existing in the export of agricultural products under the cross-border e-commerce mode, such as low product added value, unreasonable product structure and export target market, trade barriers of developed countries, etc. In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions, and looks forward to the future export strategy of agricultural products under the cross-border e-commerce mode.
