| 大数据时代下的财务管理创新——以P服装集团为例
摘 要
随着我国的改革开放顺利进行，市场的经济发展极为迅速，世界经济一体化、经济全球化的进程也在逐步加快。财务作为企业管理的主战场，越来越多的企业走向了以财务控制为核心的企业管理。同时由于信息技术的快速发展和互联网的普及，大数据与云计算慢慢涉及IT行业之外的其他行业，吸引了越来越多人的关注，极大的改变了我们的生活，有研究表明数字经济对我国国内生产总值的增长的贡献率达到了50%，大数据时代悄然而生。
大数据时代为企业的财务管理提供了更加精准多彩丰富的平台，但也对传统企业财务管理带来了一定的冲击，比如：大数据管理意识较弱、数据繁杂、难辨真伪等，面对来自企业内部、外部的数据，要求财务人员对数据有更高的敏感性，对经济社会各种大数据有目的的进行数据挖掘，从而实现财务管理的价值。本文通过文献参考法以大数据的时代特点及大数据对财务管理的影响为切入点，浅谈大数据对企业财务管理产生的影响，接着以P服装集团的财务管理为例，阐述大数据时代下的财务管理创新，最后提出大数据时代下有关财务管理创新的相关建议。

Abstract
With the smooth progress of China's reform and opening up,the market economy is developing very rapidly,the process of world economic integration is gradually accelerating, and the process of economic globalization is also accelerating. Finance as the main battlefield of enterprises,more and more enterprises toward the financial control as the core of business management. At the same time due to the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet, big data and cloud computing gradually involved in other industries outside of the IT industry,has attracted the attention of more and more people, greatly changed our life, studies have shown that the digital economy of our country has contributed 50% of gross domestic product growth, big data era quietly.
Big data era of financial management for the enterprise provides a more precise and colorful rich platform, but also brought certain impact to the traditional enterprise financial management, such as: big data management consciousness weak, multifarious, being fooled, etc., from the enterprise internal and external data,require financial personnel has higher sensitivity to the data, the economic society all sorts of big data has a purpose for data mining, so as to realize the value of financial management. Method in this paper, through literature to use as a reference to the era of big data characteristics and big data influence on financial management as the breakthrough point,discussion on big data on the impact of enterprise financial management,then the company's financial management with P as an example,elaborated the financial management innovation under the era of big data, finally put forward under the era of big data, Suggestions about the financial management innovation.
