摘要

近年来，随着经济持续深入发展，中小企业作为市场经济的一部分，发挥着越来越重要的作用，在面临重大机遇的同时也面临在重大挑战，如遇到各种风险，尤为财务风险更为显著。本文选取中小企业典型代表—万科集团为例，从财务风险理论着手，根据万科集团的实际财务状况，从而各个方面指出当前大部分中小企业面临的现状，提出借鉴经验，使得整个行业都能够重视财务风险。

Abstract

In recent years, with the sustained and in-depth development of the economy,small and medium-sized enterprises, as a part of the market economy, are playing an increasingly important role. They are facing great opportunities as well as major challenges, such as various risks, especially financial risks. In this paper, Vanke Group,a typical representative of small and medium-sized enterprises, is selected as an example. Starting from the financial risk theory,according to the actual financial situation of Vanke Group,the current situation faced by most small and medium-sized enterprises is pointed out in various aspects, and the experience for reference is put forward, so that the whole industry can pay attention to financial risks.
