| 浅析我国筹资渠道和筹资方式的选择 【摘要】当今社会中小企业在经济发展中的地位格外重要,但是由于自身素质和外部环境的影响,中小企业在发展过程中需要选择筹资方式与筹资渠道时候，出现了一定的困难。而要解决筹资选择难的问题,企业自身方面要发展核心产品增强竞争力、做好筹资计划、建立科学的制度和流程来管理企业的筹资决策。国家方应当重视起我国中小企业筹资方面的各类问题。建立健全法律法规与保障机制。文章主要对目前中小企业筹资渠道与筹资方式进行简单介绍,在研究筹资问题的基础上,提出对策和建议。 【关键词】中小企业；筹资方式；筹资渠道 Abstract：In today's society,small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in economic development. However, due to their own quality and the influence of external environment, small and medium-sized enterprises have some difficulties when theyneed to choose financing methods and channels in the development process. To solve the problem of difficult financing choice,enterprises themselves should develop core productsto enhance their competitiveness, make a good financing plan, and establish scientific systems and processes to manage their financing decisions. The state should pay attention to all kinds of financingproblems of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
