| 中小投资者偏向“非理性”投资股票市场原因分析
摘要
本文研究的主要内容是中小投资者偏向“非理性”投资股票市场的原因分析，利用文献研究法和因果分析法进行探究，旨在为中小投资者不理性的股票投资提供理论依据和投资建议从而减少投资损失以及资金风险，改善其“非理性”投资行为并提供可行性投资策略建议。基于对目前我国股市市场投资现状分析以及对中小投资者的投资行为分析，由于羊群效应、对于股票投资策略知识的缺乏以及自身风险承受能力的错误判断，大部分中小投资者更多地依赖投机而非真正的价值投资。并且对于股市未来预期和上市公司是否盈利不存在直接关系而是主要看参与者在消息市场中的信息捕捉能力的这个认识并不深刻。这使得股票市场投资能力弱化和投机行为过度的现象。故此，对于中小投资者偏向于“非理性”投资股票市场的原因分析和投资建议就显得比较重要，这也可以为其投资股票市场时的不理性行为提供一些理性建议，从原因分析的角度减少不理性行为所导致的资金损失。

Abstract
The main content of this study is of medium and small investors to invest in the stock market "irrational" root cause analysis, using the literature research and explore the cause and effect analysis, aimed at small and medium-sized investors irrational provide theoretical basis for the stock investment and investment advice to reduce the risk of investment losses, and capital, to improve the "irrational" investment behavior and the feasibility of investment strategy advice. Based on the analysis of the current situation of investment in China's stock market and the investment behavior of small and medium investors, most small and medium investors rely more on speculation rather than real value investment because of the herd effect, lack of knowledge of stock investment strategy and wrong judgment of their own risk tolerance. Moreover, the understanding that the future expectation of the stock market is not directly related to the profitability of listed companies, but mainly depends on the information capture ability of participants in the information market is not profound. This makes the stock market investment ability weakened and speculative behavior excessive phenomenon. Therefore, it is more important to analyze the reasons why small and medium-sized investors tend to invest in the stock market "irrationally" and give investment suggestions, which can also provide some rational suggestions for their irrational behaviors when investing in the stock market, and reduce the capital losses caused by irrational behaviors from the perspective of reason analysis.
