摘要

随着我国逐步完善的资本市场体系，境外上市的中概股企业开始选择回归，重新回到A股市场。虽然优质中概股的回归受到资本市场的欢迎，但回归过程依然面临众多问题。针对此次回归热潮，本文将从中概股回归的新现状为切入点，讨论中概股回归的路径选择，探索中概股回归的内部动因和外部动因，分析中概股回归面临的问题，最后以中概股企业和监管层的角度进行对策分析，推进更多优质中概股的回归。

Abstract

With the gradual improvement of China's capital market system,Chinese enterprises listed overseas have chosen to return to the A-share market. The return of high-quality companies is welcomed by the capital market.However, the process of return still faces many problems.In view of this return upsurge,this paper takes the new situation of China capital stock return as the starting point to explore the path choice of China stock market return. In addition, this paper discusses the internal and external causes of the stock return in China,analyzes the problems existing in the stock return in China,and finally analyzes the countermeasures to promote the stock return from the perspective of China's stock companies and regulators.
