智慧的惩戒方式——浅析教育惩罚问题 摘要: 惩罚教育不是褒义词,本身并没有好坏,随着以人为本等思想出现,人们对于惩罚教育渐渐产生排斥心理,但是惩罚教育与赏识教育都是教育的一种方法,在教育过程中应当二者兼用。本文笔者基于幼儿园的实践研究,通过问卷调查和观察等方法发现惩罚教育的问题和原因,要改变惩罚的现状,不是打孩子几下那么简单,必须在这过程中,要让“罚”起到作用,要让“罚”体现教育,“罚”的有温度,有尺度,有限度。在教育惩罚中,不仅要发现问题和这种原因,还要找出智慧的惩罚的方法。 Abstract: Punishment education is not a commendatory term, and it is not good or bad in itself.With the emergence of people-oriented ideas,people are gradually repelling punishment education, but punishment education and appreciation education are both methods of education, and they should be two in the education process.
