蒙氏幼儿园教师环境创设现状的调查与对策研究


摘要:随着教育理念多元化的不断深入发展,蒙氏教育的教学理念和模式吸引了众多家长的目光。蒙氏教育理念的核心就是为幼儿创设有准备的环境。幼儿在有准备的环境中能发展自身的自主性,促进其专注力和社会交往能力的发展。因此,为构建幼儿适宜的、有准备的环境已成为当前蒙氏幼儿教育工作者研究的重点话题。
 
基于此,本文选取了W蒙氏幼儿园,以当前W幼儿园教师环境创设的现状为依据,通过问卷调查法与访谈法,探究其存在影响因素,进一步提出提升蒙氏幼儿园教师环境创设能力的对策和建议,以促进发挥蒙氏幼儿园环境创设的真正作用。

Investigation and Countermeasures on the Status Quo of Teachers' Environmental Creation in Montessori Kindergarten
 
Abstract:With the continuous and in-depth development of diversified educational concepts, Montessori education's teaching concepts and models have attracted the attention of many parents. The core of Montessori education is to create a prepared environment for young children. Children in a prepared environment can develop their own autonomy and promote the development of their ability to focus and social interaction. Therefore, to build a suitable and prepared environment for children has become the focus of Montessori early childhood educators' research.
 
Based on this, this article selects the W montessori kindergarten, kindergarten teachers in the current W environment created on the basis of the status quo, through questionnaire investigation and interview method, probe into its influence factors are further puts forward some countermeasures to promote environmental creation ability montessori kindergarten teachers and the suggestion, in order to promote montessori kindergarten environment create a real role into full play.
