基于表面等离激元诱导透明的光开关研究


摘 要:表面等离激元指的是当电磁波入射到金属表面时,自由电子与入射电磁波耦合产生的周期性集体振荡。这种现象类似于电磁感应透明,它可以通过将超材料与金属材料的等离激元相结合来实现,即等离激元诱导透明。近年来等离激元诱导透明成为炙手可热的研究方向是因为这种设计可以大大减少实验条件同时灵活地控制EIT效应。
 
本文的主要内容如下:
 
(1))简单介绍了表面等离激元和光开关。
 
(2)介绍了表面等离激元诱导透明的特性。
 
(3)设计了一种基于石墨烯混合波导的光开关,研究了波导耦合长度以及石墨烯几何尺寸的变化对端口透射的影响。

An optical switch based on surface plasmon induced transparency
 
Abstract:Surface plasmons refer to the periodic collective oscillationsgenerated by the coupling of free electrons and incident electromagnetic waves when the electromagnetic wave is incident on the metal surface. This phenomenon is similar to electromagnetic induction transparency,which can be achieved by combining metamaterials with the plasmons of metallic materials, i.E.the plasmon induces transparency.This design can greatly reduce the experimental conditions, flexibly control the EIT effect,and make the plasmone-induced transparency become a hot research topic in recent years.
 
The main contents of this paper are as follows:
 
(1) The properties and characteristics of surface plasmons are briefly introduced.
 
(2) The characteristics of surface plasmon induced transparency are introduced.
 
(3) An optical switch based on graphene hybrid waveguide was designed,and the influence of the coupling length of the waveguide and the change of the geometry size of graphene on the port transmission was studied.
