| 地方高校大学生德育教育实效性研究
摘 要：当代社会下我国高校旨在培养高素质新型高素质高标准全面发展的人才。在高校教学水平和大学生文化素养不断提高的同时提升当代高校大学生的道德素养也成为了高校教育的重中之重。本文围绕高校大学生德育实效性研究问题，通过研究德育现状，利用社会调查，参考文献，具体问题具体分析的方法，既要认识到高校德育工作中取得的优秀成果，也发现大学德育实效性效果存在的问题，从德育环境，大学生德育观念等方面进行改进，改善高校德育工作现状，增强德育实效性，不断开拓高校德育工作新格局。

Research on the actual effect of moral education of local college students
Summary：Under the Contemporary Society,colleges and universities in our country aim at training high-quality, new-type, high-quality and high-standard talents. At the same time of the improvement of the teaching level and the cultural attainments of the college students,the moral attainments of the contemporary college students have become the most important part of the college education. Based on the research on the actual effect of moral education of college students, this paper, by studying the present situation of moral education,making use of the methods of social investigation, references and concrete analysis of specific problems,not only recognizes the excellent achievements in the work of moral education in colleges and universities, this paper also finds the problems in the actual effect of moral education in universities,and makes some improvements in the environment of moral education and the concept of moral education of university students, so as to improve the present situation of moral education in universities, strengthen the actual effect of moral education, and continuously open up a new pattern of moral education in universities.
